HeadHunter/Recruitment Administrator

Due to our continued growth, TravelTime are looking for a
HeadHunter/Recruitment Administrator
 to assist the Company’s Head of People with talent acquisition and its administration

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Uploading vacancies on websites and social media platforms eg LinkedIn.
  • Uploading and tracking vacancies on the recruitment portal.
  • Assisting with the day to day liaising with recruitment agencies/suppliers.
  • Providing an initial screening of candidates via virtual meetings eg Zoom.
  • Managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment processes.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
  • Sending recruiting emails to passive candidates and following up when necessary.
  • Browsing resume databases and portfolio sites.
  • Joining social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
  • Advertise open positions to external networks.
  • Researching and recommending new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Assisting in arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and interviewers regarding availability, and creating calendar invites.
  • Ensuring post-interview feedback is followed up and documented.
  • Distributing tests as part of the selection process.
  • Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions and adverts.
  • Providing reports on recruitment activity where needed.
  • Managing recruitment processes in line with data protection requirements.
  • Assisting with administration tasks relating to onboarding new starters.
  • Assisting with general HR administration, as required.


Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails), ideally for technical software roles.
  • Excellent working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience of managing the recruitment administration processes.
  • High attention to detail with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Passionate about following process.
  • Accuracy with a ‘check twice’ mentality.


It’s a bonus if:

  • You have working knowledge of the law regarding recruitment and selection.
  • You have experience in hiring for technical (Software Development) roles.


This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract (potential move to perm) - 40 hours per week, with remote working.
